MNPPA's Credit and Degree program is in appreciation to individual members to recognize one's photographic skills, contributions toward the education of fellow members and for the participation, effort and work in the MNPPA. These credits must be earned over a period not less than three years from the time the first credit was earned within a degree category.

Accredited Degree

The Accredited Degree is a photographic or artistic skill degree. A minimum of 25 credits would need to be from print competition. If this is your first MNPPA degree, a total of 35 credits would need to be earned; the 10 additional credits can be CFM's or from any other category. A designation of A-MNPPA in the members title indicates that they have earned their Accredited Degree. Click here to see other designations.

Fellowship Degree

This degree is for members who provide educational benefits to their fellow MNPPA photographers. While similar to the PPA Craftsman Degree, it includes other credit opportunities in addition to public speaking. The Fellowship Degree requires 25 fellowship credits. If this is your first MNPPA degree, a total of 35 credits would need to be earned; the 10 additional credits can be from CFM's or any other category. A designation of F-MNPPA in the members title indicates that they have earned their Accredited Degree. Click here to see other designations.

Service Degree

This degree has been established to reward those people (especially non-photographers) who give a great deal of their time and effort to the MNPPA, but may not be able or desire to enter print competition. The Service Degree requires 25 service credits. If this is your first MNPPA degree, a total of 35 credits would need to be earned; the 10 additional credits can be CFM's or from any other category. A designation of S-MNPPA in the members title indicates that they have earned their Accredited Degree. Click here to see other designations.

Credits for Membership "CFM's"

This program gives MNPPA credits for members attending MNPPA seminars and conventions. These credits do not directly apply to any degree. They can be used toward the 10 additional credits required for the first degree or they can be accumulated toward additional credit bars worn around the degree ribbon.
